45 minutes of a Pilates-inspired workout, followed by a iced matcha drink of your choice. All levels are welcome. Modifications will be given.
You Bring:
- Towel and/ or mat to lay on the ground
-Water
- Optional: small hand or ankle weights (2-3lbs) these are not essential for the workout!
